When it comes to public sector pay, caveat emptor

When it comes to public sector pay, caveat emptor Since the general election, there has been a chorus of calls for the cap on public sector pay to be lifted, including voices from within the Cabinet. But so far, the Chancellor has been singing from a different hymn sheet.
