How can the NHS Staff Survey data help you to meet the core needs of your people? The results of the 2021 NHS Staff Survey are out. The overwhelming picture of the lived experience of staff working in the NHS, and the consequences this is having on their health and wellbeing, is deeply concerning: national results show 46.8 per cent of staff have felt unwell as a result of work-related stress in the past 12 months and 54.5 per cent of staff have gone to work in the past three months despite not feeling well enough to perform their duties.
