Pandemic patient experience: UK patient experience of health, care and other support during the Covid-19 pandemic The Patients Association wanted to get a better understanding of how patients experienced the Covid-19 pandemic. This is a report based on the findings from a survey asking for experiences of health and care services, and the experience of daily life. The survey had four sections: managing and accessing care for existing health condition(s); experience of treatment and care for Covid-19; experience of end of life care and bereavement support; and experience of services under lockdown overall.
