During “Senior Week,” 144,000 Elderly Swedish Adults Received Free Medication Review The Swedish Pharmaceutical Association's annual "Senior Week" (Seniorveckan) in April aimed to raise awareness of safe medication use among elderly patients taking multiple medications.
