Local alcohol consumption survey: national report Public Health England (PHE) - Ipsos MORI was commissioned to collect data on behalf of PHE on alcohol consumption over a sample of 25 upper-tier local authorities in England. The results aim to provide reliable alcohol consumption estimates for local authorities, particularly on data that is not routinely available through other sources.
