Health Premium Incentive Scheme (HPIS) 2014/15 and public health allocations: a technical consultation
This consultation seeks views on plans for the introduction of HPIS, a scheme which rewards local authorities for public health improvements made in line with selected indicators from the public health outcomes framework. The consultation is also seeking views on technical aspects of public health funding allocations for 2015 to 2016. The consultation closes on 23 October 2014. Department of Health (DH)
