Refreshing the Mandate to NHS England: 2014-2015 This consultation includes proposals on: the actions being taken by NHS England in response to the Francis Report; working with NHS England to develop a vulnerable older people plan; and the need for the NHS to contribute to the recovery of the economy and make better use of resources in light of the challenging financial climate. Responses are invited until the 26th September 2013.
