Target antibiotics toolkit: It has been developed by the RCGP and the Antimicrobial Stewardship in Primary Care (ASPIC) collaboration of professional societies including GPs, pharmacists, microbiologists, clinicians, guidance developers and other stakeholders. It includes: the HPA antibiotic guidance template which can be modified locally; patient information leaflets; self assessment check list for GPs and commissioners; audit tools with indicators of responsible antimicrobial use; and links to online clinical modules and other useful resources.
