Compared to the Autumn Statement, this Budget had little focus on health and leaves more questions than it answers when it comes to the NHS. In particular, we emerge from today with uncertainty on the pay award for 2023/24 and without publication of the much-anticipated long-term workforce plan. NHS Confederation
