Unequal impact? coronavirus, disability and access to services: interim report on temporary provisions in the Coronavirus Act This report looks at Care Act easement provisions and temporary Mental Health Act provisions as well as local authority duties to children and young people with special educational needs. It concludes that these provisions have the potential to substantially restrict or curtail rights that disabled people rely on for their quality of life.
