Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust (MSFT) recommendations - final report This report sets out a series of recommendations for the future of MSFT and the services it currently provides. The TSAs’ recommendations will mean that at least 91% of current patient visits will continue to take place locally at Stafford or Cannock Chase Hospitals and that the services provided at these hospitals will be clinically safe and sustainable.
