End of life diabetes care:
This strategy aims to summarise a consistent but high-quality approach towards end of life care for people with diabetes by providing a series of clinical care recommendations. It builds on the Department of Health's end of life care strategy whilst focusing on the special issues and challenges provoked by end of life care for patients with diabetes.
